It's a Hardback Life

I’m a semi-articulate autodidact fangirl who likes to write glowing praise and angry rants—the stuff in the middle is pretty boring.

Books are my passion, but so are a lot of other things.

I’m a geek who loves comic books and style blogs.

I read a little bit of everything. SFF is probably my biggest wheelhouse.

I’m a hardcore Whovian, but also dedicated to Adventure Time, The Venture Brothers, Netflix’s Marvel shows, Scrubs, Futurama, Bob’s Burgers, That 70’s Show, Black Books, and just about anything starring Pee-Wee Herman.

I own 30 different shades of lipstick but I don’t brush my hair.

I have a degree in Fine Art I haven’t used in the slightest. Turns out I like words better.

My dream job would be to write about books for a living.

Social justice is important to me. Nothing makes my day like someone using "SJW" and thinking it's an insult.

My sense of humor is much like my taste in coffee: dark and bitter.

I swear a lot.
